One of steven seagals better films in his career of playing tough on the edge characters. He was in his prime and had his ponytail. He is left for dead by corrupt cops hired by corrupt politian played by William Sadler.
Good movie and top of my list next under siege and out for justice. Kelly Lebrock is beautiful and makes a good partner of segals. If your going to try to kill segal make sure you finish the job or your going to hell as he says fuck you and die.
