In my opinion I believe that this and Out for Justice are Seagal's best movies. This movie in my opinion is why Seagal is so popular. Above the Law got the motor running and this movie stepped on the gas.
It is so ridiculous, yet so ridiculously awesome that this is one of my all time favorite action movies. This is worth many viewings.
