Critics complained that lector deserved more extraordinary motives for being the monster he is, when they aren't considering how unbelievable the premise could have been. I'm very proud with how this movie turned out.

It kept me involved and exhilarated right till its conclusion. although the acted was rather average in some sequences, the cast altogether did what they had to do, and helped make a modern film, just as good as its following relatives.
