Review of Hang 'em High (1968) by Alex A — 05 Oct 2010
A competent Western and great movie for Eastwood fans, but unfortunately suffers from a highly dated soundtrack and completely unnecessary romantic subplot. The setup is great and the villains are excellently, particularly Ed Begley as the leader of a lynch mob and Bruce Dern as a particularly deranged member of his posse.
No classic, but a good film for Western fans.
