Review of Halloween: Resurrection (2002) by Gus S — 20 May 2008
Extra points for originality: Michael Myers goes online! Really one of the least enjoyable movies in the series because nothing much happens, but the creators at least tangled with a new script. There is no reason, this time around, for Michael's killing spree unless he's taking advice from Jason and just wants to kill teenagers.
This is the first Halloween that doesn't center around one of the killer's relatives (omitting part 3 for obvious reasons). Not bad, but the only suspense is confined to the last ten minutes or so.
