Halloween III: Season of the Witch sticks out like a sore thumb in this series, and is often quickly dismissed by diehard fans as the worst entry in the series because of the fact it is missing Michael Myers.
Well why the hell do you care? He died! I mean, don't get me wrong, I love Michael Myers, and I love Dr. Loomis and Laurie Strode, but this is a new chapter. It's basically about a crazy Irishman who has a scheme to kill all of the children all over the world on Halloween night, and the efforts of an everyman to foil the plot.
It works well as its own movie, and I think would have done a lot better if it hadn't been Halloween III, and was just Season of the Witch. Good movie, but the first two were better.
