Bizarre offering completely unconnected to the Halloween series and with a title that makes no sense, other than that the storyline leads up to Halloween. Starts reasonably brightly but from the midpoint gets worse with every passing minute.
Unfortunately reminds me of 'Kiss Meets The Phantom Of The Park'. Some good gruesomeness gets it two stars, but other than that this is a C grade horror movie by anyone's standards.
