Review of Halloween II (1981) by Henry Hull H — 29 Mar 2012
This is the only installment within the original series that can even come close to competing with "Halloween". It has almost all of the elements of a slasher so its nothing really new, with the release of "My Bloody Valentine" and "Friday the 13th" I can understand why so many wrote this of as a failure, because it is really just a rehashed idea of "Halloween" and nothing new for slasher movies.
