Good remake but he messed some of the most important parts that the made the first one so great. He f**ked up the ending horribly horribly bad and the whole explaining of Myers family background made the him seem more of a typical killer.
most of the appeal of the original is that no one knows why he killed his sister he was crazy in this one he's a troubled kid which is never explained in the original which is what him so scary. overall the movie was not very good.
