Rob Zombie trades the suspense for full brutal violence. Rob Zombie ruins the michael myers character by making him a random killing machine with no purpose who kills even people who gave him respect. The film makes up by having malcolm mcdowell who is always interesting to watch.
And the addition of the therapy sessions which take place between dr loomis and michael.
