I hadn't really heard much about this movie (due to the fact it was only really in cinema's across Canada).

But A friend bought it on DVD and I thought I'd take a look at it, And to be honest, I was glad I did.

It was a good light and funny movie, which was very easy to watch with funny and likeable characters, one of which, the main character 'The Montana Kid' played by Paul Gross. From start to finish this film is full of good dialogue and some quirky stories.

The movie is set in the Wild West and tells the story of a cowboy who is on the run from the law. He has been running most of his life and because of this he has never been involved with family or true friends. So when he stumbles in to a small mountainous town, a town where everyone helps each other and live together as a community, He upset's many of the locals and his arrogance gets him into some trouble, also gets him in to a one on one gun sling with the town's blacksmith...Only problem is, He has the only pistol in the town!

As he stay's in the town he starts to make friends with it's inhabitants , One friend in particular is a tough talking lady by the name of Jane Taylor (Sienna Guillory) who will help him get this pistol, if he helps her with some maintenance in and around her ranch, And as the film develops you see their relationship blossom.

The whole film is about The Montana Kid getting ready to duel with the blacksmith whilst watching his back because of the bounty hunters that have come across the border from America to hunt him down.

The whole movie was well thought out and was very well done, The scenery was excellent and the on screen chemistry between the cast was also very good.

So on the whole of this movie, You won't be missing anything in life if you don't get to see this one but it is a movie that you will certainly enjoy if you do get the chance to watch it..And I also think it would be good for a movie collection because it is a funny film and it certainly has a good storyline and also a good production of that story.
