At the time this was released, the racial issues took centre stage. And as much as I love Sidney Poitier, it is the final pairing of two Hollywood greats - Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn that won the film for me.
They feed off of each other with effortless gusto and make the rest of the actors (with the exception of Poitier and Richards) look really good.
