I don't need Jason Damon to tell me "the truth" about Iraq. The "climatic" ending is so obvious long before it actually happens only to be followed by a stupid statement by an Iraqi civilian.
I guess they felt they need to remind the audience that this is an important movie with an important message. The action is competent at best. Mostly a lot of running at night and some shooting. The best action sequence for this type of movie was the last 40 minutes of the colossally stupid The Kingdom.
