Not a patch on the original. HUGE fan of GE1. Really disappointed with this, the characters were annoying and stupid, I was glad when they died!
The only redeeming feature was the return of Lance (Sean Rogerson) who made the best out of a bad situation. He was great in GE1. I felt bad for him in this, I think he felt obligated to return to this seeing as the first was such a success, I don't see how he could have been excited after reading such a terrible script with such huge plot holes and weak story.
