Review of The Mummy (1959) by Matt D — 20 Jan 2018
While this may have offered some cheap thrills to audiences in 1959 this sadly hasn't aged well and doesn't have much to offer modern audiences.
It's always fun seeing Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing on screen but aside from that this movie lacks the style and mood of the classic Universal horror flicks and instead comes across as something more appropriate for TV in its day.
