Review of Goya's Ghosts (2006) by Heather B — 27 Feb 2008
Disturbing, but Goya never seems like a major character in the film. His etchings, drawings, and paintings showed the horror of what happen but the whole subplot dealing with Inez and The father seemed stretched as a way to explain the changing political and idealistic differences between the Inquisition and the French Revolution.
But I do love Javier.
