Basically, this movie is an attempt to make a quirky artsy romance story... starring Jackie Chan. The movie is pretty ridiculous, Jackie Chan only wears white and his voice is dubbed over by a British guy who sounds like a cross between a wannabe James Bond and a wannabe Mr.
Darcy. If you don't try and take the movie seriously though than it's enjoyable.
