Review of Good Night, and Good Luck. (2005) by Bradley W — 17 Dec 2011
Good Night, and Good Luck is a incredible and historical masterpiece that just proves George Clooney is a very talented director. The plot was a great vision of history and told me so much about Edward Murrow and Joseph McCarthy that I never knew, the characters are beautifully real and smartly written, and this travel through history is a story that if you pay attention, you will learn thing about the campaign of Murrow and the newsroom of Joseph McCarthy you would have never known.
The cast is incredible, Joseph McCarthy is a incredible actor and was perfect in his role, George Clooney was great as well and did a fine performance, and Robert Downey Jr. is just always good no matter what I see him in.
Good Night, and Good Luck is something to behold, it is very hard to follow so maybe a second watch is better for some viewers, like me, but I completely recommend this movie to everyone who enjoys a incredible film.
