Review of Good (2008) by Mike G — 25 May 2009
I thought I was fed up of Nazi films this year... But this one is unique. The acting is unbelievable, and the storyline follows to the end like a slow river, like a slow motion dream, one speed under. Viggo plays a Good Man, but not a hero, a human like us, in his cold-logic german way taking life as it comes.
He can tell whats bad and wrong but he only does what he think he's able to do, conciously or not, he abstract himself most of the time to the global situation and he just fight the day by day little battles of life, as the vast majority of germans did, letting the nazis grow and shape the history of the whole world.
