Review of Gone with the Wind (1939) by Derek D — 26 Aug 2012
It's perhaps the earliest example of a chick flick and it takes 3 weeks to sit all the way through, but even after all of that...it's still maybe the greatest film ever made. Adjusted for inflation it's without a doubt the most successful, though it hasn't aged as well as countless others that have come afterwards.
People will still call this one a classic 50 years from now.
