Review of Gone Girl (2014) by Abel D — 04 Aug 2015
Fincher and Flynn give us an interesting lense on modern relationships as well as the manipulative powers of popular and social media. Pike and Affleck give career best work, ably supported by the likes of Fincher's masterfully subtle direction that creates a sense of foreboding and unease as lies start to unravel.
