Review of Gomorrah (2008) by Patrick B — 25 Feb 2012

I had always wanted to see an authentic, gritty, and realistic depiction of organized crime in Naples on film (in Italian). On top of that, I thought, "Wouldn't it be great if it were told in hyperlink-style?" Then I heard about this film, and read that Martin Scorsese rave about it.

Then I knew I had to see it and I was not disappointed. If anybody else has the same cravings as I do for a good crime film in Naples, look no further than Gomorrah, a densely packed crime masterpiece.
