Italian farmer and family head for the land of of the plenty -- America -- where money grows on trees, the land produces excessive crop and there are rivers of milk. Crialese has captured their ambitions and dreams well.
The movie ends with the family being "processed" at Ellis Island. Good direction -- interesting concept -- plot is rather simple.
