Plot? There's a plot? No, but there's a dwarf (Billy Barty) and a young Ginger Rogers in a bit role. Oh and there's a dwarf. Did I mention the dwarf? Compared to Footlight Parade, this is a smaller budget film but still some incredible choreography and set design.
