You mean, "Godzilla vs. the Smog Monster", which is the title I know it as.
Probably the only Godzilla movie (other then the US remake with Matthew Broderick) that I saw in a theater.
Some of the scenes I thought were pretty shocking as a kid. I later saw a version on SciFi with added stuff that I guess had been cut out of the first US release.
