There is a reason why porn actresses should stick with porn. The Girlfriend Experience is a prime example. Sasha Grey with her monotone voice and dead-behind-the-eyes stare ruin this film which was not good to begin with.

This film is supposed to be a character driven story which can not be done if you donâ??t have good characters. The movie attempts to show the world of high class call girls but canâ??t get a statement through because the film is so choppy and sloppy that you donâ??t really know whatâ??s going on or care for that matter.

The whole thing is boring and aimless which also comes from the absence of plot. Trying to make it seem documentary-like falls flat and makes this 70 minuet movie feel like three hours. Sasha, donâ??t quit your day job.
