Cold, boring, irritating arty crap. There is no real connection or warmth to the people, the woman or the men, in this film. You can see what Soderbergh is trying to do... give upscale prostitution a connection as a real 'business' by equating it to her boyfriends' life, as a fitness instructor .
.. yet somehow it all shatters, as we all know that the two are nothing alike. Most interesting is to see how a relationship is actually successful (or not) with a prostitute girlfriend, and how easy it is for her to 'decide' that she's no longer 'in love' with him anymore.
It is just brutal as a love story, or an exploration into the undercover world of call girls. To top it off, in terms of character development, the actress has no soul. Fast forward at will.
