Review of Gia (1998) by Michael H — 16 May 2010

Though its explained as a biopic and based on real events I still believe there are hundreds of better one to pick from then this. Angelina Jolie portrays herself to be honest but somehow off the rails and a wild child living the wild life, so people probably wouldnt class this as the famous Gia but a fictional Jolie instead.

Thats my view anyway. Disliked the scenes where the characters get interviewed thought that was annoying thought there was no need. Some of it is quite realistic but as an overrall the biopic it didnt hit the mark, again thats my opinion.
