Charles Band film has man dabbling in black magic and conjuring up the Ghoulies. Takes a bit to get going. Great VHS box cover of Ghoulie emerging from a toilet laughingly overhypes this as a 'box-office sensation melding the humor and suspense of ET'.
I'm left with the impression that producers hadn't yet figured out what to do with these creatures.
