Review of Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999) by Beat B — 18 Dec 2007
I couldn't figure out if I should laugh or cry, when I first saw this movie. there's first the so funny and stupid mafia-gangsters and the super funny exposure of their behaviour and second there ist ghost dog.
A super-cool assasin-character with underdog characteristics that you feel deep empathy for him. In the end, I thought it was a cool movie reflecting the 90's Wu-Tang-Style with a funny angle-view on the 70's-Mafia movies.
All in all a hillarious movie, with a lot of cool killing in between.
