Before you cast judgment on me for liking a four hour film let me speak! Normally I can't sit through movies that are 2 hours long...let alone 4. That is a testament to this movie! You know what's going to happen but you find yourself drawn in to both sides of the war (at least partly).
I have yet to witness such a beautifully crafted film. The music was excellent, the scenery was great, and the acting was spot on. The war reenactments went well too! It was spot on. Well done!
