Acting and casting is pretty good but the whole racist thing isn't necessary at all. Have the idea that they did that just to create a buzz. They could've done the story without the racial issue and then it would've been less predictable and better IMO.
At one moment I had the feeling I was watching a comedy ("Get em grandpa!") The maiden was scary AF though.
