Review of Get Out (2017) by Will W — 26 Mar 2017
The most fun I've had in a movie theater in years. Jordan Peele has made a crowd-pleasing, roller-coaster ride of a suspense thriller that's informed by real-world racial politics without being preachy or hitting us over the head with a hammer.
The acting is top-notch across the board and Peele has a sure hand building suspense, creeping dread, and eventually all-out terror. And it's funny.
