Review of Gentleman's Agreement (1947) by Samantha M — 27 May 2008
Perhaps my least favorite of Kazan's films. Then again, this did win him a best director Oscar so what do I know. It just seems a bit on the nose with everything, making it slow and up it's own ass at times, but hey, for 1947 I bet it blew everyone away.
