A waste of a gangster movie with horrible characters and a stupid story. Malcolm McDowell gives one of his worst performances (along with pointless over-the-top narration), and Paul Bettany does nothing but do freaky-looking faces.
A desperate attempt to shock audiences fails miserably. For a film from 2000, it looks like it was made in the 80's. That's not a complement, that's just how crappy the movie looks on screen.
