Well, it isn't bad, but it's certainly a somewhat squandered premise. The idea itself is pretty good, but the movie is just your regular action flick. Combine that with a half-assed, rushed ending and crappy, chaotic editing, and you get an ok movie.
Not bad, but certainly not all that good.
