One of my absolute favorites, if I am not mistaken this is part a three movie trilogy by haneke as a reintroduction to violence. the remake was right on but the acting wasnt as strong. naomi watts lacked the vulnerability that susanne lothar brought, and the kids playing peter and paul werent as creepy as he original.
