Review of Frontier(s) (2007) by Nicolas M — 21 Apr 2008
Good film for the violence lovers out there. Plenty of torture mental and physical and the gore effects are top notch. plot wise its pretty bare bones, just enough to get the characters to the psycho's house (in this case a family of neo nazi inbreed nutters.
.. yes that old chesnut) and get them killed. The opening 25 minutes are so contain the setup and are pretty slow but then youll be happy as the tension and violence escalate. another great french horror to add next to Haute Tension (Switchblade Romance) on your list.
