The political leanings of France are of no concern to me, making the backstory pointless and unnecessary. A group of thugs flee Paris due to the violence they enact on the police. They wind up in a hostel run by a freaky Nazi "family" who perpetrate evil on these unsuspecting malcontents.
This is one of the goriest movies I've ever watched. The special effects are tremendous. None of the characters are likable, however by the time Yasamine, a pregnant teen who has decided to abort her child, endures her circumstances, you are pulling for her.
