Very entertaining with a very defined neon-lighted early 90s look. The 3-D is stupid and they've completely given up trying to make it a horror film, so we can just have fun instead. It works. It's a dark comedy fantasy.
Not what people think of when they think Freddy, but it's what you get with the latter half of the series. Brilliant setpieces.
