Review of Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (1991) by Lucas M — 10 May 2010
A travesty to the Nightmare series in general. Awful from start to finish. Bad on all counts from acting, writing, and directing. In other words: I hope I never have to see this movie again. It's only high point was the ridiculous, but somewhat fun to watch 3-D ending.
The best part though is the end credits, which play a reel of "Freddy's Best Moments", only reminding us that the other movies were 10x better. The worst part is: Peter Jackson, THE Peter Jackson wrote a screenplay for this and the studio turned it down for THIS.
One of Hollywood's biggest f_ckups right there.
