A poorly edited film and a story that just makes no sense. It seems like there were entire plot point that were just cut out of the final product, which resulted in creating a confusing viewing experience.
The one positive is that certain scenes bordered on slapstick. Freddy even went full on Willie E. Coyote at some points.
