I searched EVERY video retail store I knew of searching for this movie. Bill of Bill and Ted co-directing, co-writing, and starring in a movie about hideous mutant freaks? Keanu Reeves in an uncredited appearance as the Dog Boy? Some truly awesome special effects and just a bizarre insane story? Count me in! This didn't turn out to be as great as I was anticipating but it's still a load of fun and it's short so it flies by quickly.
