Review of Fractured (2019) by Muldjord — 11 Oct 2019

I would have loved for this movie to have ended "the other way". Although it would also have been really hard to justify given how the character interactions were set up throughout. And with that in mind, it was a bit too predictable.

I liked the eeriness of it and the acting was good. You really feel like you are seeing things how the main character sees them - or so you think. The soundtrack underlines that feeling well, although the plonking notes does get a bit much after a while. What makes the movie work is all the weird things that keep happening. You never really know what is seen from the main characters perspective, and what isn't. And a few well-placed twists keeps you wondering.
