Review of For Your Eyes Only (1981) by John D — 07 Jan 2008
Bill Conti's soundtrack is generally disgraceful. A shame really, as this is Moore's best outing after Live And Let Die. Carol Bouquet is thoroughly convincing as the Bond girl allowed some agency to be more than a piece of meat, Julian Glover is of course, Julian Glover, while Topol harks back to the quintessential 60s Bond ally with shady connections.
A solid piece of work from John Glen.
