Review of For a Few Dollars More (1965) by Julia C — 05 Nov 2009
While not a good as 'The Good, The Bad and The Ugly', this is a good, entertaining film. Leone's direction is great, with his taste for memorable shots and iconic images. Morricone's music adds much to the atmosphere, excitement and fun.
Clint Eastwood's man with no name is one of the great anti heroes. Lee van Cleef is good as well - the scene where he strikes a match on Klaus Kinski's neck is fantastic.
