Review of For a Few Dollars More (1965) by Jorgen O — 28 Apr 2018
This is the best western movie ever period! It is better than both The good, the bad and the ugly and Once upon a time in the west. The music is superb as expected from Ennio Morricone. The drama between Colonel Mortimer, and Indio exciting.
The conversation that Clint Eastwood and Lee van Cleef has after their initial beef must be the best dialogue in any western movie. "Tell me colonel have you ever been young?" "Yes and just as wreckless as you, then something happened that made life very precious to me" This is a must see.
The environement and the sunlight feels so alive as well.
