Review of Florence Foster Jenkins (2016) by Jonzsu — 31 Aug 2016
Delightful, smooth and so entertaining. Ends up with a perfectly bittersweet note, Florence Foster Jenkins tells a story about a wonderful dream that is bigger than truth. There are so much love in this story, whatever it's Jenkins' devotion to music or the love and friendship that she received.
With several noticeable great performance by the cast and the lighthearted direction, the film might be one of the most refreshingly good biography of the year.
