Ok- what. the. fuck.
First off I must say this movie misses points due to the pure fact that it had the bad taste to be made in the 80s. Oh fuck, and its just so fucking 80s- the music, the outfits, the hair- the Hair!!
Ok really though, who is ever going to believe that a Pittsburg dive bar from the wrong side of the tracks is going to put on nightly "performance piece" art dances like that? With props and costumes and stage set ups? No fucking way! You could barely barely believe their first dance she does in the beginning, but the one with the tv and the white face- no fucking way!
Oh, yeah! And could there be anymore shots of her ass in this movie?!
This basically was a thin story laced together to give jennifer beals the chance to do a bunch of "fancy" 80s dance moves.
It was painful to the extreme. I resent the fact that I made myself watch it.
