Review of Flashdance (1983) by Andrea G — 24 May 2008
I am not a fan of dancing movies, except for Footloose and Dirty Dancing and now this movie. The only thing I had a problem with was the boyfriend guy. He was very aloof and stalked a girl much younger than him and kept staring at her in a creepy way.
I also did not like how Alex was so promiscuous, she sleeps with the boss/boyfriend after barely dating him...and then she acts like a slut at the restaraunt. Oh well. At least the dancing was good and it had that classic 80s feel to it that I miss.
